Territorial origin
Two territories, the same lesson.
The hub is born from the encounter between a historic Bossa Nova house in Joatinga — today a boutique hotel in transition to a wellness retreat — and an urban agroforest next to Favela da Maré, one of the largest areas of urban forest in a Rio favela.
Both territories teach the same thing: culture is not ornament. It is infrastructure — what sustains economy, belonging and regeneration when everything else accelerates.
Architecture
One central intelligence, autonomous glocal zones.
BossaNova3 HUB is the orchestration layer: a repository of protocols, curation of connections and a bridge to capital. The CliFFVillages — Joatinga and Maré — are temporary living labs where new economic models are tested with real people and territories.
The hub's economy is organized around a common resource pool with distributed governance, connecting decentralized-finance liquidity to regeneration mechanisms.
Rhythm 2026
Four seasonal waves.
Summer: genesis of the first circle and the common resource pool. Autumn: hybridization with international networks and villages. Winter: territorial activation in Joatinga. Spring: expansion to Maré.
Each wave respects the territory's own time — here, speed is a consequence, not a starting point.
